Production

The final product is manufactured according to Rotomoulding technology or plastic spurting tecnology, or the combination of both technologies with more complex production lines. The most quality and sustainable materials are used according to the technical requirements of the final product. In the assembly workshop the manufactured component parts, with the help of welding, cutting, drilling and processing assemble into a homogeneous whole.

Rotomouldig technology

Advanced Rotomouldig technology enables us to produce seamless hollow plastic products of random shapes and dimensions.  

The process starts with the installation of tools (aluminium mould) on a machine hand, which squirts out a measured quantity of dust or liquid resin into the mould. What follows is the process of spinning around vertical or horizontal axis and heating up to adequate temperature. The last phase involves the procedure of cooling down in a cooling chamber, with the help of air, water, or the combination of both. After a thorough control of quality, the product is ready to be used, or sent into further production phases.

Materials and facilities

On the basis of technical expectations for each product, we choose the best and high-quality materials of world-renowned polyethylene and polypropylene producers. With Pallmann’s mill we grind granules into dust of an appropriate granulation.

That kind of technology is especially appropriate for small series productions, especially for geometrically complicated or hollow products of big dimensions.

Aplast has 3 rotomoulding machines. Two of them can manufacture products up to 2 m, while the new rotomoulding machine can manufacture products in one piece up to 4 m.

Plastic Injection Moulding

Due to the increasing needs for a combination of plastic rotomoulding products and injected parts we have also taken up the injection moulding of products. For this purpose we purchased a Battenfeld machine, which enables the injection moulding of larger pieces up to one kilogram. Based on our own development, we also started the injection moulding of TPV ring seals for our own needs in the sewerage programme. 

Assembly Shop

The assembly shop section manufactures standard products (oil separatorssmall biological cleaning deviceswater tankslids …) and custom-made products (inspection chamberssand trapsfittingsproducts made to customer's specifications …). They are manufactured with welding, cutting, drilling and processing individual elements into a unified whole. Each product has appropriate technical documentation.

Our offer of products is rounded off with welding services for our products, with which we are not merely trying to sell our products, but also provide a solution for the problems faced by buyers. Thus we can provide quality assembly or manufacture of chambers, manufacture of connecting elements, oil separators, tankscleaning devicesvacuum sewerage systems ... Our team of assembly workers uses butt weldingextrusion weldingelectrofusion welding and conducts pressure tests.

Quality control

Regular product control guarantees satisfied customers. In the process, we abide by the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 certificate. We appropriately label and package our products. Testing of the product is carried out in three stages.
